The Role: Factory Worker
You'll start in the dry section of the plant, where you'll operate production equipment, complete manual handling tasks and move product through the manufacturing process.

As your skills develop, you'll receive training in the wet section, where you'll monitor production processes, collect samples and complete quality checks.

Schedule
Week 1:

  • Monday & Tuesday | 6:00am - 6:00pm
  • Wednesday & Thursday | 6:00pm - 6:00am

Week 2:

  • Monday to Wednesday | 6:00am - 6:00pm

Week 3:

  • Wednesday to Friday | 6:00pm - 6:00am

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in production, manufacturing, warehousing, labouring or similar hands-on work
  • Confidence with manual handling and physical work
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
  • A strong focus on safety, quality and reliability
  • Forklift licence advantageous, but not essential
