We are currently seeking experienced warehouse professionals for roles with our client across Smithfield.

Our client is a well-established manufacturing and distribution business supplying high-performance building services solutions across Australia and the APAC region. They support major commercial and critical infrastructure projects and are recognised for their strong focus on quality, safety, and efficient logistics and warehouse operations.

Roles Available

• Forklift Operators (LF - Counterbalance & High Reach)

The Role:

Experienced forklift operators are required for our client's busy warehouse operations across Marsden Park and Smithfield. The roles involve safe forklift operation, accurate picking and packing, and supporting inbound and outbound dispatch in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe operation of forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Accurate picking, packing, and preparation of orders
• Loading and unloading trucks and supporting outbound dispatch operations
• Maintaining stock accuracy, organisation, and warehouse safety standards
• Working collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to meet deadlines

Essential Criteria:

• Current forklift licence with high reach and counterbalance experience
• Experience in picking orders
• Comfortable with manual handling
• Good understanding and knowledge of computers and systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Able to work quickly and efficiently
• Reliable and flexible
• Available to work Monday to Saturday

Pay & Conditions

• $38.00 per hour (based on experience and role)
• ASAP start available
• Temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates
