The Role: Warehouse Team Lead

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead who enjoys leading by example and thrives in a fast-paced trade and hardware environment. What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in a Warehouse Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar role within a warehousing, logistics, trade, or distribution environment.
  • Current Forklift Licence (LF) with recent operating experience.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to lead by example and support the team on the warehouse floor.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Sound computer skills and confidence using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable and growing organisation.
  • Reside in or around the Forrestdale area or be willing to commute.
  • Hold a current driver's licence and have reliable transport.
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment and comprehensive background checks.
