* Safely operate high-reach forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve stock in a busy warehouse
* Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with speed and attention to detail
* Load and unload trucks, including manual handling of bulky and heavy items
* Carry out stock replenishment, rotation, and inventory control tasks
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse in line with strict safety standards
* Use warehouse management systems to track stock movements and update records
* Assist with cycle counts and stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy
* Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily targets and deadlines
* Report discrepancies, damages, or stock issues promptly to supervisors
* Follow all WHS procedures, PPE requirements, and site safety policies at all times

Essential Criteria:

* Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
* Proven experience operating counterbalance and high-reach forklifts
* Solid background as a Storeperson in a warehouse environment
* Strong reliability with demonstrated long-term employment history
* Ability to provide professional, verifiable references
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive lifting
* Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindse
