Our client is an innovative Australian manufacturer of cable and pipe support components, providing modern and industry-leading solutions for managing building services.

They are currently seeking experienced Material Handlers to join their day shift team at their Bankstown Aerodrome warehouse, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. This role involves the safe movement, storage, handling, and distribution of materials and finished products, including operating counterbalance and high reach forklifts to support warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Role:
Experienced and safety-conscious Material Handler with a strong background in warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics environments. Skilled in forklift operation, material movement, inventory control, manual handling, and supporting production teams while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

• Manual handling (15-20kg+)

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage locations.
• Transport raw materials and finished products to support manufacturing operations.
• Complete order picking, stock replenishment, and put-away tasks.
• Assist with inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Perform manual handling duties and move products safely.
• Support production teams with material supply requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with general warehouse and storeperson duties as required.

Essential Criteria:

• Forklift experience with counterbalance and high reach experience
• Machine Operation experience ideal
• General labouring experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Comfortable moving and lifting 15-20kg
• Reliable and hardworking
• Available to work Monday to Friday
