Shift Details:

  • Day Shift: 6am - 2:25pm, Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns effectively
  • Support operations with various projects and improvements
  • Conduct mechanical inspections and develop action plans
  • Update computer systems for work orders regularly
  • Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor on updates
  • Collaborate with the afternoon shift to minimize downtime
  • Maintain a safe working environment by identifying risks

What We're Looking For:
You are an experienced Maintenance Fitter who prioritizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork. With a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills, you can work both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Trade or Fitter and Turner qualification
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting expertise
  • Hydraulics experience is a plus
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial machines, and cranes
  • Steel manufacturing experience is desirable
  • Relevant tickets and licenses (e.g., forklift, EWP) are highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
