About the role.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be the vital link between our service department, warehouse, and valued customers ensuring the correct automotive parts are identified, sourced, and delivered efficiently.

Your key responsibilities.

• Accurately interpret and process customer parts orders.
• Maintain up-to-date records using internal DMS systems and OEM portals.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure parts availability and timely dispatch.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers regarding ETA, pricing, and availability.
• Address all enquiries promptly and professionally
• Ensure all parts ordered for retail clients are prepaid
• Support workshop operations by managing back orders and stock requirements
• Assist with warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Stay current with technical bulletins and manufacturer product updates

About you.

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive dealership or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts-experience highly regarded
• Proficient with Dealer Management Systems (e.g., ERA) and OEM online portals
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team
• A current driver's licence (essential)
