Our client, Porsche Cars Australia, a prestigious and highly regarded luxury automotive brand, has engaged us to recruit an experienced and dedicated Training Specialist for both Technical and Non-Technical programs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned organisation and play a key role in the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs that build capability, drive performance, and support long-term business growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is responsible for the delivery, development, and evaluation of high-impact technical and non-technical training and certification programs across the Australian Porsche dealer network.

As a subject matter expert and brand ambassador, this role is instrumental in upholding Porsche's standards of excellence, supporting new model launches, and enabling job roles to progress through the non-technical certification programs. The role also facilitates training content localisation, ensures alignment with the latest technologies, manages associated budgets, and maintains accurate reporting to support both organisational performance and customer satisfaction.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities; encourage innovation.
  • Dynamic and engaging presentation style.
  • High level automotive knowledge in both Technical and Non-Technical
  • Solid training content development skills to interpret and adapt technical and non-technical content into training content that maximise participant learning objectives using a wide variety of didactic methods.
  • Training program development - When developing new training content to address a competency gap, a significant amount of time is required to research, develop and design new material and formulate into a deliverable training program.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects and time manage effectively; able to adapt to changing priorities/workload quickly and enthusiastically, strong organisational skills.
