As a Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and the workshop team. You'll manage bookings from start to finish, provide accurate estimates, explain repairs in clear terms, and keep customers updated throughout the process. By working closely with technicians, you'll ensure every service is delivered smoothly and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, staying organised, and creating positive customer experiences.

• Automotive industry experience preferred

Parts Interpreter

• 60K - 70K + Super
• 7:30am - 5:00pm | Monday - Friday (no Weekends)

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll keep both the workshop and customers moving by sourcing the right parts at the right time. Your day will involve identifying and supplying parts, processing orders and returns, maintaining stock levels, and providing helpful advice to customers and technicians alike. Strong product knowledge, accuracy, and a customer first mindset will help you succeed in this fast paced and essential role.

What You'll Bring:

• Solid understanding of vehicle makes, models, and parts
• Experience using parts catalogues and inventory systems
• Great attention to detail and organisation
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Car Salesperson

• 50K + Super + Commission [OTE $80k - $100k]
• 8am - 5pm | Monday - Friday

As a Car Salesperson, you'll help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget. From greeting customers and arranging test drives to negotiating trade ins and explaining finance options, you'll manage the sales process from start to finish. More than just selling cars, you'll build lasting customer relationships and contribute to a high performing dealership team. If you're motivated by results and love working with people, this role offers excellent earning potential and career growth.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not essential)
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-driven with a strong customer-first attitude
• A valid Australian driver's licence
