About the role

We are seeking Disability Support Workers to provide person centered support for our client living in Morphettville.
We are looking for applicants who have flexible availability and live locally for shifts, and have experience providing support for clients with Intellectual Disabilities or have experience working with high and complex care clients and / or behaviour management.


Your key responsibilities

Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Disability Support Workers who can undertake the following key responsibilities:

  • Support hours across 24 hours, 7 days per week
  • Manual Handling
  • Personal Care
  • Medication Administration
  • Community Engagement and Social Support
  • Domestic Assistance



About you

To join our team, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required
  • Full South Australian Driver's Licence and reliable car
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certification
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Manual Handling Certification
  • Assist with Medication Certification

In addition:

  • Must have sound understanding of the disability industry and providing person-centred support
  • Passionate about supporting independence and providing in-home support
  • Reliable and honest people with the ability to adapt to new environments
  • Be available across 7 days a week
  • Be able to commit to minimum 2-3 shifts a week
