About the Role:
We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Store Administrator to support our high-performing retail team in Auckland. In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes to enable exceptional customer service on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily administrative tasks including stock control, data entry, and reporting.

  • Support the store team with internal systems, purchase orders, and scheduling.

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, store expenses, and compliance documentation.

  • Assist with onboarding new staff, maintaining rosters, and ensuring all operational processes align with company standards.

  • Liaise with head office and external suppliers to support store needs.

  • Provide occasional support on the shop floor during peak periods or store events.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a retail administration or store operations role.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn internal systems.
