Role Summary
As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be a brand ambassador, providing outstanding customer service and driving sales through deep product knowledge and styling expertise. You will support the management team by mentoring junior team members, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the achievement of boutique targets.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized and high-touch service to each client, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Develop strong product knowledge across all categories to confidently style and advise clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through clienteling and follow-ups.
Support new team members with onboarding and on-the-floor coaching.
Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented at all times and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and after-sales support professionally and efficiently.
Assist in inventory control, stock replenishment, and back-of-house organization.
Collaborate closely with the team to create a positive, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in fashion or accessories.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for client service.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Proficiency in clienteling systems and POS operations.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and across store shifts as needed.
A polished, professional, and fashion-forward appearance.
