Role Summary
As the Assistant Store Manager at our Melbourne boutique, You'll act as a role model, providing coaching and guidance while upholding the high standards of service and presentation expected in a premium environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations of the boutique to ensure a seamless and luxurious customer journey

  • Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships through clienteling and personalized service

  • Mentor and support team members to elevate their performance and professional growth

  • Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation aligns with brand guidelines

  • Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and replenishment

  • Handle client issues with professionalism and efficiency

  • Take on leadership duties in the Store Manager's absence

  • Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, training, and marketing events

  • Maintain compliance with all operational procedures and uphold brand values

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail, with at least 2 year in a supervisory or leadership role (luxury experience preferred)

  • Proven ability to drive sales and lead a team in a high-end retail setting

  • Passion for luxury watches or fine craftsmanship

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems; CRM experience is a plus

  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
