Role Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the boutique, providing personalised, world-class service to our clientele. Your role is key in building long-term client relationships, supporting sales targets, and upholding the highest standards in luxury retail presentation and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on creating memorable and personalised client experiences

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals

  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-ups

  • Develop strong product knowledge across a wide range of luxury watch brands

  • Ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand guidelines and high visual merchandising standards

  • Support daily store operations including stock handling, back-of-house maintenance, and POS transactions

  • Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals in a dynamic retail environment

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product and brand knowledge

  • Handle customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience; luxury or premium retail experience is an advantage

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills

  • Passion for luxury products, especially fine watches

  • Self-motivated, well-presented, and committed to delivering excellence

  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays

  • Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
