Role Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the boutique, providing personalised, world-class service to our clientele. Your role is key in building long-term client relationships, supporting sales targets, and upholding the highest standards in luxury retail presentation and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on creating memorable and personalised client experiences
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-ups
Develop strong product knowledge across a wide range of luxury watch brands
Ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand guidelines and high visual merchandising standards
Support daily store operations including stock handling, back-of-house maintenance, and POS transactions
Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals in a dynamic retail environment
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product and brand knowledge
Handle customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience; luxury or premium retail experience is an advantage
Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills
Passion for luxury products, especially fine watches
Self-motivated, well-presented, and committed to delivering excellence
Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
