About the Role:
As an Order Fulfillment Officer, you will support the team responsible for the preparation and shipment of life-giving products. Your primary duties will include supporting the team with booking couriers, inputting data, and other ad hoc tasks. This role requires meticulous attention to detail as you will be following strict processes to maintain the integrity of shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Book couriers and coordinate logistics for timely delivery.
* Input data accurately into computer systems.
* Collate and collapse boxes, ensuring adherence to cold pack liner requirements.
* Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
* Flexibility and openness to work morning, afternoon and night shifts (as required by the laboratory team).
* Willingness to work weekends occasionally and overtime when needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes meticulously.
* Comfortable working in a sterile environment and handling blood products.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
