About the role.

Our client is seeking a highly organised and relationship-focused Client Journey Director to support them in delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, managing support workflows, coordinating client requests, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. You will help ensure client needs are met promptly, issues are resolved efficiently, and communication remains seamless across all touchpoints.

Working closely with the Director, you'll assist in monitoring client satisfaction, identifying potential concerns before they escalate, and supporting opportunities to strengthen existing client partnerships.

Your key responsibilities.

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout their journey
  • Support the Director in maintaining and strengthening client relationships
  • Manage and coordinate client support requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Monitor support tickets and workflows to ensure service standards and response times are met
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate effective communication and deliver successful outcomes for clients
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and assist with gathering feedback on service delivery
  • Identify potential client concerns and escalate issues where required to ensure prompt resolution
  • Assist with onboarding activities and client lifecycle milestones
  • Maintain accurate client records, notes, and reporting within internal systems
  • Support account reviews and identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
  • Follow up on outstanding actions, ensuring all client-related tasks are completed efficiently
  • Assist in preparing reports on client activity, feedback, and account health for management
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall client experience

Key requirements:
