About the Role

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will play a key role in supporting NDIS participants, stakeholders, and their support networks by delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that combines customer interaction with case management and invoice processing responsibilities. You'll work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls from clients, providers, and support networks in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to resolve enquiries efficiently
  • Process administrative requests with a high level of accuracy
  • Manage client and provider cases to achieve timely resolutions
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records across internal systems
  • Meet service and quality performance targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, call centre, or client support roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Successful applicants will be required to hold:

  • NDIS Worker Clearance
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
