Electrical Supervisor - Day Shift

You'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day electrical operations, supporting production teams, mentoring trades, and ensuring equipment performance and site safety. Working alongside the Mechanical Supervisor, you'll be part of a collaborative and highly capable maintenance leadership team.

This full time role is based on a 35-hour work week with flexibility on start times, regular overtime, and a requirement to work two Saturdays per month (with additional weekends as needed).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing ongoing electrical support to the production team to minimise downtime.
  • Performing routine electrical tests, planned maintenance, and urgent breakdown work.
  • Overseeing and supporting machinery installation and electrical equipment upkeep.
  • Leading continuous improvement projects across safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Mentoring electrical team members and promoting high safety and work standards.

What we're looking for:

  • NSW Electrical Licence and supporting trade qualifications.
  • Proven leadership in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational reliability.
  • Experience with automation systems, PLCs, and drives (advantageous).
  • The ability to lead and mentor junior trades in a supportive, high-performing team.
