• Day Shift: $50/Hr + Super
• Afternoon Shift: $60/Hr + Super
• Night Shift: $65/Hr + Super

We're partnering with a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions to recruit experienced Maintenance Fitters across Hemmant, Carole Park, and Yatala. Whether you prefer day, afternoon, or night shifts - there's a spot for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Fitter, you'll be vital to ensuring the smooth operation of site equipment. You'll carry out preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and play an important role in improving plant performance.

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance across a variety of production machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults.
• Maintain stock of spare parts and fabricate components when needed.
• Keep accurate maintenance records in MEX or similar CMMS systems.

What We're Looking For

• Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering - Fitting/Machining.
• At least 3 years of hands on experience in manufacturing, FMCG or heavy industry.
• Strong problem solving skills and a proactive, safety first mindset.
• Own vehicle, tools, and a current driver's licence.
