Rate: $55/Hr + 30% Shift Loading + Super

In this hands on role, you'll play a key part in keeping the facility running smoothly by carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and supporting the broader maintenance team. You'll be working with modern systems and equipment in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment.

This is a permanent full time night shift position offering stability, great earning potential, and opportunities for development.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensure all electrical installations and equipment comply with AS/NZS 3000 (Wiring Rules).
  • Carry out preventative maintenance based on priority schedules.
  • Provide immediate response to breakdowns to reduce downtime.
  • Manage electrical maintenance stores efficiently.
  • Support the training and development of apprentices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical equipment issues.
  • Identify and rectify any safety risks or concerns on site.

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Electrical Fitter with a current NSW electrical licence.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance standards.
  • Confident in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Experience with PLCs, VSDs, and automation systems.
  • EWP licence, confined space and working at heights training.
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot under pressure, and contribute to lean processes.
