The role

Reporting to the Commercial Solutions Manager the primary objective of this role is the delivery of innovative and timely solutions and pricing for bids and tenders.

The Estimator will play a critical role in growing our business by accurately assessing cleaning projects and providing clients with competitive and fair estimates. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the cleaning industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to evaluate the scope of cleaning projects.
• Accurately measure and assess areas to be cleaned.
• Design optimal delivery solution options for the preparation of detailed and competitive cost estimates for potential or existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and bids.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and pricing trends.
• Develop proforma documents for presentation to the Bid Governance Team for approval

About You:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role.
• Relevant experience or degree in commerce or communications.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• View and interpret client building maps, SQM and cleaning needs into a priced document.
