ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Experience Team Leader is responsible for leading a newly implemented Team of Customer Experience Representatives, with the ultimate goal to deliver a professional, prompt and best-in-class service experience to customers across various communication channels.
This role supports customers over a broad range of areas including customer enquiries, complaint resolution, online connectivity, vehicle charging, technical warranty and service requests and breakdown and ADM (Accident Damage Management) support, along with new vehicle sales configuration support.
The Customer Relations Hub operating hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 9pm and Saturday-Sunday, 11am to 6pm. The Customer Experience Team Leader will work a shift pattern over these hours.
