As a CSO, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safe and timely distribution of blood and blood products, all while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribing customer orders into the order management system (NBMS)
• Handing over orders to the Order Fulfilment team
• Answering phone calls & queries from customers
• Responding to email queries from customers
• Liaising with internal teams and other external teams involved in patient care
• Provide exceptional service and support to customers, managing orders and feedback with precision and care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, notably answering phone calls & emails
• Great PC skills and experience using different Microsoft systems
• Strong numerical, abstract, and verbal reasoning skills.
• Ability to perform routine work and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Ability to work on a rotating roster- 7:00 - 14:00 and 14:00-22:00 shift and the occasional Saturday shift are requirements of the role and are non-negotiable.
