• You will be paid $34.59 per hour during training. On successful completion of training your pay will increase to $37.41 per hour based on an average 40 hour week

Essential Criteria: The roles are in a dynamic and fast paced contact centre and involve taking customer calls and delivering exceptional customer service.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Australian citizen or appropriate long term visa status
• Excellent standard of English and communication skills
• Availability to work rotational roster, Monday-Sunday 24/7 hours
• Strong keyboard skills & typing speed
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
• A passion for providing excellent customer service
• Able to commence from early January 2025
• Based in Darwin or relocating ASAP

Desirable Criteria: Experience working in a contact centre environment is desirable and a keen interest in sport would be an advantage, however, a fully paid and comprehensive 10 week training program is offered to successful applicants who are reliable, flexible and demonstrate a professional demeanour at all times. Candidates should be available to work weekend and evening shifts to cover any 5 days from 7 worked. Roles are based in the office only.
