Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is sure to set your career in the right direction. This is an incredible opportunity for an experience Service Advisor. The role is with a global luxury brand within the automotive industry.

JOB OBJECTIVE

• Establish, build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers and prospects by anticipating and exceeding their needs for services and products.
• Sell and deliver Porsche services and selected products.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Provide a consistent, pleasant, and memorable service experience to customers.
• Deliver the defined service strategy, as per Service Core Process guidelines.
• Assisting customers with bookings and quoting service repairs.
• Coordinating the service loan vehicle process for customers.
• Processing repair orders, invoices and customer payments.
• Ensuring all daily transaction paperwork is completed including repair orders.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints, escalate to Service Manager as necessary.
• Arrange customer vehicle car washing, road-tests and vehicular movements onsite.
• Submit activity reports to dealer management and importer as required.

EDUCATION | EXPERIENCE | SKILLS REQUIRED

• Proficiency using Microsoft programs (Word, Excel & Outlook) as well as internal DMS (currently Titan) and PAG IT systems.
• Previous experience in customer service advisor role, preferably in prestige automotive.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
