THE ROLE
Our client offers an extensive selection of specialty chemical solutions designed to cater to various industrial needs. Their diverse product range is tailored for applications such as metalworking fluids, glass industry processes, transportation, engineering, and overhaul operations.
They are looking for a Customer Service Officer to deliver outstanding customer service, managing a high volume of phone calls and emails. The role involves resolving customer issues and serving as the primary point of contact for our Sales team and Representatives regarding administration and customer inquiries.
