Your Opportunity

You will be accountable for sustaining the brand image, achieving sales and KPI goals, managing the store team, recruiting, retaining, and developing clients, and ensuring compliance with all processes and guidelines set by our client to maximize the store's potential.

How You Will Contribute

  • Manage a retail sales team while overseeing daily store operations including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, complaints handling, etc.
  • Lead and motivate the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with our client's standards and requirements.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent by creating a positive work environment and a feedback culture.
  • Build a customer database and maintain strong relationships with valuable customers and VIPs.


Who You Are

  • Prior experience in retail managment with people and store operation management- 2 years +
  • Inclusive leadership style and excellent organizational skills.
  • Adaptable, persuasive, risk-taking, and dynamic.
  • High sensitivity to client experiences and loyalty.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Good PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
