The Deputy General Manager (DGM) plays a key leadership role in supporting the General Manager in the strategic planning, operations, and overall management of the organization. The DGM will oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring the implementation of company policies, goals, and objectives. This role requires a strong focus on operational efficiency, business development, and team management, while maintaining a high level of quality service. The DGM will collaborate with various departments, manage resources, and contribute to financial planning to drive the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing corporate strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
• Lead and manage key operational areas, including HR, finance, marketing, and administration.
• Ensure the effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the senior management team to drive business growth and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze company performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Manage staff performance, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
• Foster a positive and productive corporate culture.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior managerial role, ideally in a corporate or luxury setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
