The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in daily operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves leading the team, maintaining boutique presentation, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations. The Assistant Boutique Manager will also embody the brand's luxury values, ensuring that every customer receives a first-class shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the boutique is visually appealing and upholds brand standards.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure high performance and adherence to store policies.
  • Support the Boutique Manager in operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or luxury Timepieces experience, ideally in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for luxury timepieces and delivering high-end customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
