About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Directors (AUS & NZ) and working closely with our global Chief People team, you'll partner with leaders to:

• Drive recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives across the region.
• Deliver people-focused strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.
• Coach and support managers on talent development, succession planning, and workforce capability.
• Play a key role in global transformation projects, including large-scale system implementations.

About You

You're a hands-on HR professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building relationships that make a difference. Ideally, you bring:

• Experience in Talent, L&D, or HR business partnering.
• A strong knowledge of recruitment, workforce planning, and performance management frameworks.
• High level stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
• A passion for aligning people and business strategies to deliver measurable impact.
