About the role:

You will lead the implementation of the Drake Medox service delivery framework while also identifying and executing innovative strategies to strengthen business success. A key part of the role will involve ensuring consistency in policies, procedures, and systems across operations, while maintaining full compliance with workplace health and safety legislation and the Drake WHS and Quality Management System. You will be supported by the General Manager (ANZ) and collaborate closely with our wider National team.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Branch Manager, you will drive revenue growth while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance for all Drake Medox clients.

  • Drive branch profitability and financial performance while supporting sustainable growth.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets and strengthen client relationships.
  • Ensure every client receives professional, timely, and compassionate services that meet their individual needs and goals. This includes face to face visits.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff, fostering a high-performing, supportive, and inclusive team culture.
  • Oversee new client account setup, including service procedures, terms, and rates.
  • Maintain compliance with all WHS and quality standards, coordinating with the National Compliance team.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, engagement, and staff wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager ANZ and National Leadership team to improve branch processes and outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, allied health professionals, and regulatory bodies to support client care.
  • Monitor branch activity and implement marketing strategies to enhance service delivery and business growth.

About you:

As the Branch Manager for Medox Perth, your expertise, passion for the healthcare and disability sector, and strong communication skills will drive both business success and exceptional client care. You will demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Strong background in sales and customer service, focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • Proven success in strategic planning, financial management, and driving branch performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Commitment to quality management and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Well-developed negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients, staff, and partners.
  • Passion for the healthcare and disability sector, with direct industry experience highly desirable.
