About the role:
Drake Medox is looking for experienced Registered Nurses who are residing around Colebee. Our client in Colebee, requires experienced Registered Nurses to support them on an ongoing basis. Our client has an Acquired Brain Injury.


Our nurses will demonstrate teamwork and champion a safe and positive environment for our client and will be guided by a strong Allied Health presence. You will help us manage and maintain strong clinical standards and will be required to support our client in achieving their short and long-term goals.

Our ideal nurses will have proven experience with Paediatrics, Acquired Brain Injury, mental health, challenging behaviours, and knowledge in self-management.

Your key responsibilities

Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse who can undertake the following key responsibilities:

  • Personal care
  • PEG Feeding
  • Medication administration
  • Domestic assistance
  • Full supervision of the client
  • Self-Management
  • Community access
  • Paediatric experience
  • Continuous clinical assessment of client
  • Support the client with activities at home and out in the community

About you

To join the team, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in Paediatric's (essential)
  • Manual handling experience (essential)
  • Personal care experience
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Current accredited First aid and CPR
  • Yellow card/NDIS Screening Card
  • Manual handling certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Medication certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Right to live and work within Australia
  • Full Australian Driver's License
  • NDIS worker screener check

We are also looking for someone with great communication skills, who works well in a team, has a caring and supportive nature, and is client focused.
