  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in manufacturing or engineering.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Familiarity with production management tools and processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
