About the Role

As a Supervisor, you will:

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with luxury retail standards.

• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to meet and exceed company expectations.

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations, visual merchandising, and KPI achievement.

• Contribute to building a strong team culture, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.

• Demonstrate passion for luxury retail and a commitment to building long-term client relationships.

About You

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior client advisor role within luxury fashion or premium retail.

• A strong passion for luxury retail, styling, and client development.

• Natural leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and guide team members.

• A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.

• A genuine can-do attitude and enthusiasm for career progression.
