An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store Supervisor to join a leading international luxury fashion house at their Gold Coast boutique. This role offers the chance to step into a key leadership position within a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.

About the Role

As Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Gold Coast boutique, leading the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand's prestige. You will take ownership of sales performance, coach and motivate staff, and maintain the highest standards of store presentation and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team in the Gold Coast boutique to achieve KPIs and deliver luxury client experiences.
• Coach and mentor staff on brand knowledge and service standards.
• Oversee operations, including stock, reporting, and boutique presentation.

About You

• Minimum 5 years' retail sales or store operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Previous exposure to luxury fashion or premium brands strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, clienteling, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy (MS Office).
