Assistant Store Manager - Sydney Westfield

1-Year Contract | Luxury Retail | Up to $75k + Super + Commission

We are partnering with a leading international luxury retailer to recruit an Assistant Store Manager for their Sydney Westfield boutique. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, with an immediate start date available.

About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role as 2IC in-store, supporting a team of 6 and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a prestigious luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and build long-term customer relationships.
  
• Oversee daily operations including rosters, reporting, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  
• Collaborate with key departments including Merchandising, HR, Training, and Visual Merchandising.
  
• Act as a role model, ensuring service excellence and operational standards are consistently met.
  

About You

• Minimum 8 years' retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role (luxury experience preferred).
  
• Strong leadership, coaching, and clienteling skills.
  
• Reliable, responsible, and solutions-focused.
  
• Full Australian permanent work rights.
  
• Able to commit to a one-year contract.
