We are now seeking a driven and passionate Recruitment Consultant who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and delivering exceptional talent solutions in these high-end industries.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across luxury and premium sectors, while building strong, consultative partnerships with both clients and candidates.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, premium brands, and commercial growth, and is motivated by autonomy, performance, and career development.

What You'll Be Doing


  • Managing end-to-end / 360 recruitment across luxury retail, hospitality, automotive, and premium lifestyle roles
  • Driving business development, securing and growing partnerships with high-end brands and organisations
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Conducting detailed client briefings to understand brand identity, culture, and talent requirements
  • Writing compelling job advertisements and proactively sourcing top-tier candidates
  • Screening, interviewing, and presenting high-calibre candidates aligned with premium brand expectations
  • Managing offer negotiations and ensuring a seamless candidate and client experience
  • Developing strong market insights across luxury and premium sectors
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring compliance


What You Bring


  • You are driven, relationship-focused, and thrive in a target-driven environment where quality and service excellence are key.
  • Experience in 360 recruitment or agency recruitment, OR strong sales/business development experience
  • Exposure to or passion for luxury retail, hospitality, automotive, or premium brands highly regarded
  • Proven ability to win and grow client relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple processes
  • A proactive, resilient mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets
  • A genuine passion for connecting exceptional talent with premium brands
