Disability Support Worker
Location: Ashwood, VIC
Work Type: Part Time / Regular Shift Patterns
Pay Rate: $37-40/hour

This Disability Support Worker opportunity offers consistent weekly shifts that fit your life, weekly pay, paid training and a structured onboarding program so you feel supported from day one. You'll join a dedicated care team supporting a male client living with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) in his home and local community. The Role: Disability Support Worker
Join a supportive care team delivering one-to-one support to a male client living with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

Regular Ongoing Shifts

• Tuesday: 7:00am - 11:00am
• Friday: 7:00am - 11:00am
• Saturday: 9:00am - 3:30pm

In this role, you will:

• Provide personal care and daily living support
• Assist with community access, appointments, and social participation
• Support planning, routine building, and problem-solving activities
• Administer medication and follow individual support plans
• Assist with meal preparation and light domestic duties
• Work collaboratively with therapists, family members, and the broader care team

What You'll Bring

• Previous disability support experience
• Experience supporting clients with TBI or ABI highly regarded
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Medication Administration Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Manual Handling Certificate
• Right to work in Australia
