The Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant

You'll build on your existing agency recruitment experience, working in a collaborative environment where relationship building, client partnerships, and career development are at the heart of what we do.

What You'll Bring

• Previous agency recruitment experience
• Customer-facing experience (Retail, Customer Service, Hospitality, Call Centre)
• Confidence working in environments with activity or target-based KPIs (service levels, sales targets, or response times)
• Strong communicationskills and a desire to build a career
