Our client specialises in the supply of Clothing, Footwear and Personal Protective Equipment nationally across Australia, with over 30 years in the industry.

They are seeking an experienced Customer Service/Sales Assistant to join their team, working Monday to Friday.

Duties include:

You will be working at their trade store based in Queanbeyan, Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm to assist in delivering exceptional service and a welcoming experience for all clients.

  • 7am starts (Will need to be flexible working across 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm where required as the business depends)
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling
  • Effectively process orders, quotations and proposals
  • Promptly address and resolve customer feedback and complaints effectively
  • Be flexible in assisting in general warehouse duties

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated customer service / sales assistant experience highly regarded
  • Hold a current driver's licence and own transport
  • Good communication and computer skills
  • Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
