About the Role
We are currently seeking driven and passionate Office Support staff to join our clients based in Albury Wodonga and surrounding areas. We have both temporary and permanent, full time and part time opportunities available.

We are seeking various experienced administrators that are competent across a number of software platforms including but not limited to; Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamic, Xero, MYOB, ERP, and SAP.

Opportunities include:

• Accounts payable / receivable
• Reception
• Administration including data entry
• Customer Service
• Finance & Payroll processing
• Executive Assistant

Skills & Experience

Proven administration experience in an office environment is essential.

• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be able to adapt to various stakeholder requirements
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail
• Ability to managing competing priorities in the workplace
• Well presented with a friendly demeanour and strong customer service skills
• Ability to answer and direct telephone calls
• Strong customer service skills

The ideal candidates would have previous experience across software platforms. They would possess a bright and go-getting attitude with the willingness to take on new challenges.
