We're currently seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our Adelaide team for overnight sleepover shifts. These are non-active nights where your primary role is to be present and available, offering peace of mind while clients sleep safely.

This is not a night shift involving wakeful duties - you'll be resting too, with support provided only if required.

About the Role

We have multiple roles available in shared residential homes across Adelaide. Your responsibilities during sleepover shifts may include:

• Providing reassurance and support if required during the night
• Ensuring a safe and calm environment for clients
• Preparing for the next day's support routine
• Light domestic tasks or handover if necessary

About You

We're looking for caring, reliable individuals with:

• A Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• A valid South Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Manual Handling & Medication Assistance certifications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
