Drake International are currently recruiting for an immediate start, full time Administrator role, based with our client in the mining technology industry.

Hours will be full time, ongoing, Mon-Fri, with the opportunity once settled to transition into the role permanently.

Included in the role, however not limited to, will be generalist administration duties, basic accounts and invoicing, front facing customer service with existing customers and ad hoc office support to the broader team as required.

As the ideal applicant, you will demonstrate the following background and skill set:

  • Previous similar role experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Bubbly personality
  • Adaptable communication skills
  • Diverse systems knowledge (MS Office)
  • Current drivers license & own transport
  • Current police check or able to obtain
  • Able to pass full medical
  • Based in Perth long term
