THE ROLE

Reporting to New Vehicle Sales Manager in the Sales Team, the Stock Controller will support the sales team in the delivery of cars through the effective stock control, administration and preparation of cars. This is a Parental Leave Contract for 10-11 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Maintaining and updating sales logs.
• Invoicing and accounts.
• Monthly stock reconciliation including sales and cost of sales, inventory, stamp duty, payout clearing, registration clearing.
• Sales support/car storage and maintenance.
• Administration including preparation of registration and transfer of cars and forward to RMS.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Must have proven experience in a Stock Controller role within the automotive industry (2-5 years minimum).
• Previous experience with RMS
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and great organisational skills.
• A team player with great communication skills and a customer centric approach.
