Our client offers specialist event services ranging from conference and destination management to accommodation, registration, technology solutions and much more. They are looking for candidates to help a conference event at the ICC running from 27th March through to 29th March to assist in the speaker's preparation room.

Rostered Shifts:

• Thursday 27th March - 2pm-5pm (minimum 4 hours paid)
• Friday 28th March - 7am-5pm
• Saturday 29th March - 7am-5pm

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting speakers to find their name on a computer system.
• Assisting speakers in the upload of their presentation.
• Make basic changes to video presentations and so forth if required.
• Brief chair people on how to use the speaker computer system.
• Escalating any issues or questions they can't answer to a relevant supervisor via a simple communication system.
• Being a point of contact in the room for chair people, again for escalation.

Essential Criteria:

• Highly presented
• Comfortable with technology
• Strong Computer skills
• Good level of verbal and written communication
• Good customer facing skills
• PowerPoint experience preferred
• Client-facing demeanour and tidy dress
• Reliable and available for all days of the event

This is a great opportunity for some one-off casual work however to be considered you will need to be available for shifts across the full event.
