Our client, a well-established organisation in Sydney Central, is seeking an Experienced Admin/Customer Service Officer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, customer service, and reception experience who thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing emails
  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in person
