The Role: Welder (MIG)

• MIG welding in a busy production manufacturing environment
• Working from drawings and instructions to complete welds to spec
• Meeting daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Completing quality checks on finished work
• Keeping your workspace clean and safe
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures
• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am - 3:30pm; Friday: 7am - 1pm

What You'll Bring

• Previous MIG welding experience
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read drawings and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
• Strong safety awareness
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
