We are currently recruiting 30 experienced MIG Welders for a leading manufacturing company based in Norlane, Victoria. These are ongoing casual positions with strong potential to transition to permanent employment for reliable and high-performing candidates.

What's On Offer?

• Casual rate of $50.00 - $51.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Ongoing work with immediate starts available
• Temp-to-permanent opportunities
• Plenty of overtime available
• Stable Monday to Friday roster

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• MIG welding in a production manufacturing environment
• Welding components to required quality standards
• Reading and interpreting drawings and work instructions
• Meeting production targets while maintaining quality
• Conducting quality checks on completed work
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous MIG welding experience
• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to attendance
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to site procedures
• Ability to work overtime when required
