THE COMPANY
Our client is a global Luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned Houses in Fashion, Leather Goods, Jewellery and Watches. An opportunity has become available for an experienced E-commerce and Inventory Operations Coodinator to join their team at the Australian based office in Sydney.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Directly reporting to Logistics Manager, the position is based in Sydney Warehouse.

  • Manage the full implementation of e-commerce services in line with brands business targets.
  • Coordinate the operations of the 3PL and Delivery Partners in terms of definition of targets, priorities and requirements including returns and customer experience (NPS, Feedback, Verbatim analysis).
  • Manage the replenishment of packaging and other consumables.
  • Maintain the company's inventory management strategy with the aim of achieving 99.97% inventory accuracy across all brands.
  • Support of the definition and implementation of projects and initiatives driven both by the HQ and the Region to ensure the constant alignment of the e-commerce flows with business needs
  • Collect operational requirements and share them with HQ Operations and Digital team to support the identification and implementation of IT tools and systems
  • Weekly report to the Ecommerce Operation company on main KPI defined by the company
  • Weekly reconciliation reports.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, E-commerce or related field.
  • 3 years' experience in the Logistics & Supply Chain field; affinity with Warehouse related work.
  • Knowledgeable and well versed in OMS and WMS systems and their nuances.
  • Open-minded & Customer centric (brand and final client).
  • Process & continuous improvement mindset; proactive approach in finding innovative solutions.
  • Ability to travel if required.
