About the role

We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who have supported clients with Spinal Cord Injuries and who are available for day, afternoon and night shifts.

Location is to be confirmed - North/East suburbs of Adelaide.

Your key responsibilities

Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Disability Support Workers who can undertake the following key responsibilities:

  • Catheter Care Management
  • Personal Care
  • Medication Administration
  • Bowel Care Management
  • Manual Handling
  • Supporting the client with activities at home and out in community
  • Work along side other support workers

About you

To join our team, following skills and experience are mandatory:

  • Full South Australian Driver's Licence and reliable car
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Manual Handling Certificate
  • Assist with Medication Certificate
  • English fluency - verbal and written

We are also looking for someone with great communication skills, who works well in a team, has a caring and supportive nature, and is client-focused.
